Grilled Lemon Chicken |

2 net carbs per serving
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
juice of 1 large lemon
zest of 1/2 lemon
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 tsp rubbed sage
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp dried minced garlic
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp seasoned salt
Put all ingredients into gallon size ziploc along with chicken breasts. Shake up and refrigerate 2-6 hours, turning every so often. Preheat grill on medium and cook until juices run clear.

ReplyDeleteSure! You could pan fry in a bit of oil. I wouldn't recommend baking in the oven and skinless chicken breasts get too dry in the oven without a coating on them.
