Lemon Roasted Asparagus |

1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
2 TBSP olive oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
Pinch of red pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 ounce freshly grated parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 425. Mix asparagus with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally for even browning. Plate your asparagus then grate fresh parmesan cheese onto the asparagus.
Very similar to an Emeril recipe! Deelish!

DeleteThis sounds tasty. I made some on Easter but not with red pepper flakes and lemon. Actually I made some corn with red pepper flakes and we loved it!
